Full-Time Permanent Position

Salary: £28,000 pa
Dependent on experience
Location: OX29 6QN

We’re looking for a Shepherd’s Hut Maker to join our team, aiding with construction across all areas of our builds, from initial structures to intricate internal fixtures.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know about building shepherd’s huts, but we’re looking for someone whose skill set will translate well to hut building. You’ll also be someone who is able to work well as part of a small tight-knit team.

Experience in carpentry and/or joinery is required. You must have experience in using a variety of hand tools, power tools and machinery. Possessing additional skills such as plumbing, electrics, tiling, floor laying and other practical skills would be advantageous to your application. Most importantly, you must demonstrate that you have a passion for developing your skills, a creative mind, a keen eye for detail, and take great pride in the work you do.
