Shepherd’s huts make a unique wedding choice for a couple to spend their first newly married night or nights in. One such wedding in which a Red Sky shepherd’s hut was a central feature was that of Zoe & Marshall. This stunning Oxfordshire garden was transformed into a magical wedding venue for shepherd’s hut owner Emma’s daughter and son-in-law.

Emma, mother of the bride comments: “The hut was primarily a treat for Dave and I, somewhere we could escape to when the hectic household (of between 8 and 12 people depending on who’s home !) was too much for us. When we realised, we had to plan a lockdown wedding it was the perfect backdrop for the evening reception. We were also able to make it special inside and keep it locked up for newlyweds to have their first night as Mr & Mrs in it.”

Beautifully decorated with sparkling lights and a candle lit walkway the shepherds hut certainly played a big part in the special day. Shepherds Huts are a great choice for weekend escapes, luxury glamping and cosy hideaways.
